My name is Natalie and it is an honor for me to inhabit any space along this walk where I find myself needed. Currently my life finds me living between Peru and Mexico offering devotional mentorship and healing services when the alignment is alive.
My path opened to the world of dieta 6 years ago, and since then I have developed my own form of intimacy with the plants within the Shipibo tradition. From my view, the plants have a way of shedding light on who you were in the breath before your story began, on the essence of your existence prior to any conditioning.
The plants take us back to that primordial point, but also ask that we take this wisdom and live it, take leaps of faith, and become fully human. Each dieta, each ceremony, is a mirror, and afterwards, we are asked to respond in a way that is made of flesh, blood, bone and feeling.
It would be my pleasure to accompany you on this journey of reconnection and opening of the heart in the unending revelation that is life itself, if you so choose to embark on it here at the temple that is Samati Xobo.
-
My path began with the study of analytical psychology and Chinese medicine, as my soul resonated strongly with this field for many years in an effort to understand the human condition.
I completed my training as a Chinese medicine doctor with a specialization in psycho-spiritual healing, which has offered me profound insight into the connection between matter and spirit, as well as the symbolic language of creation as it translates between psyche, body and the molding of one’s inner universe and perceptions.
I spent years doing additional training in the use of sound over the deeper energetic vessels of the body to facilitate expanded states of consciousness and healing that speak to an individual’s Dao.
Shortly after my training in medicine, I was initiated into and now walk with the privilege of being a moon dancer at the Ollinmalinalmetztli moon dance in Mexico where I offer my prayer and service as a sahumadora.
As a person, what I am deeply devoted to is the path of Truth, of going beyond the image and into the heart of reality, and feel that the plants are great allies, teachers and healers that can potentially support us in this remembrance.
It is a privilege to be able to accompany others amidst their return, as over the years I have witnessed that the plants call to each soul for very unique reasons that take time to discover, geometrizing patterns and circumstances which all conspire to lead you back to your original nature.
As a facilitator I prefer to let this language between the plants and you take center stage, not necessarily my words or perspectives. I find it more natural to gift space, and allow things to unfold as they were always meant to with minimal interference, while still being present and fully available if you ever need a hand to hold, eyes to witness, a heart that can feel alongside you without an ounce of judgement, or any guidance I can offer based on my experiences.
It is my nature to simply allow the divine to be the divine, and I hold this container with felt love and the total faith that what is meant to be revealed to you, will be revealed - before, during, and for many years after.
I believe that God in you knows exactly what to do, and speaks a language that is for your ears only. I am simply a companion, offering what is needed in the moment.

Ana San Gil
Facilitator
Ana San Gil is a first generation costarican born from a Cuban father and Costarican mother. She grew up in San José and has been living near the southern pacific zone of Costa Rica for 6 years, studying and supporting several master plant traditions including the Santo Daime, Mestizo, Shipibo, Yawanawá, Bwete, as well as other regenerative health, Earth and community oriented projects.
Ana believes the body to be extremely intelligent and practices a somatic approach rooted in curiosity and compassion around the release of traumatic impact that manifests in the form of disease in the body. She sees plants as allies and understands the importance of sacred reciprocity of love and care with the natural world.
Ana brings a sweet playful yet present and grounded energy to facilitation. She's a deep listener and a curious soul that can prompt questions for participants to dive deeper into the root of what they are working on. She's deeply passionate about music and authenticity, so you will definitely feel encouraged to get musical and express your truest self around her.
-
At 21, she went through an unsupervised SSRI withdrawal process that lead her to use her entire physical, mental and emotional capacity to dive into deep research and practices to stabilize her health and well being.
In the process of doing this, she became aware of the millions of people who were also going through a myriad of different health crises, and developed a strong passion to learn how to best support their path to better health, as well as her own.
She has grown increasingly connected to nature, deepening her knowledge of permaculture, herbalism, creative expression and music, functional nutrition, detoxification, healthy human relationships and psychology.
She’s deeply passionate about the connection between body mind, the subtleties of how trauma manifests and the many tools to support the path to liberation and wellbeing.
She’s a certified trauma-informed yoga instructor, as well as a psychedelic preparation, integration and transformation coach. She has supported several centers including Soltara, Yacumama, IbogaWellness and others that prefer to remain private.
She continuously gathers wisdom from different traditions in order to serve humanity and nature in the best way she possibly can. She sees integrity to be of upmost importance in this work and therefore prioritizes her inner work and wellbeing before offering any kind of support to others.
She has found tremendous value in the focus and containment that she has only experienced through a Shipibo Samá (dieta).
After having sat in many ceremonies and retreats, she came to know the depths possible through this ancient technology that incorporates discipline, silence, introspection, prayer, simplicity and so much more that allows participants to experience significant transformation and healing.
Since her first dieta, she has felt drawn to support the continuation of this work and learn the many layers of the Shipibo tradition.
She offers online and in person group and 1-1 sessions as well as immersions centered on tranformation and integrative living.
